Big Beach Reads & Uplifters Ranch Films announce a garden party and book drive to kick off the Spring season. All books will be donated to those impacted by the Palisades & Eaton wildfires.
Join us for refreshments and our book club pick launch, with small bites and sips provided. Receive a gift bag with a copy of Rainer Maria Rilke's "Letters to a Young Poet" while supplies last. Shop books and objets d'art. Have your Polaroid taken to contribute to our founding community mural, which will hang in the Beach Reads Salon.
After a reception, we'll screen the 1957 film FUNNY FACE. Meander through the garden for games and mindfulness stations, check out our Book Shop, mingle, and watch one of our all-time favorites, starring Audrey Hepburn, Fred Astaire, and Kay Thompson.
